Application
SFP100 Sulfur hexafluoride SF6 gas recovery device is a necessary machine for recovering and processing SF6 gas during the manufacture, installation and maintenance of SF6 electrical appliances. This device has functions of vacuum pumping, filling gas, recovery,purification and gas storage.
Features
1.The design principle of the cryogenic liquefaction method is adopted, which reduces the working pressure of the system and greatly improves the working efficiency of recycling.
2.It equips with a self-regenerating drying filter, the moisture content is less than 40PPM (volume ratio) after one recovery.
3.It can liquefy SF6 gas into steel cylinders.
4.The flowchart is drawn on the operation panel, the operation is simple and clear.
5.The electrical system is provided with a phase sequence protection device. The phase sequence of the three-phase power supply can be adjusted directly by manual switching. The electrical system also has a phase loss protection function, which can effectively avoid the reverse operation of the vacuum pump and the phase loss operation of all the mainframes.
6.It’s mobile type and air-cooled way, and can be used without water source.
7.Small dimensions: 1970 (L) × 1100 (W) × 1630 (H) mm.
8.Weight <1000Kg, low noise <75dB (A).
